Subscription for fifteen \(15\) concurrent Service View Dashboard \(SVDB\) users\. Base platform annual subscription for one \(1\) x production, one \(1\) x warm standby DR and one \(1\) x Dev/Test environment\. Includes fifteen \(15\) concurrent users\. To provide suitable, resilient and adequately sized tooling that will allow HMRC to proactively monitor and administer the entire HMRC network and its subcomponents, regardless of location, vendor and infrastructure makeup\.
