Colchester Borough Homes, acting as Contract Administrator, on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to provide maintenance repairs and redecoration works at Hilly Fields Store, Hubert Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3SA.
