## Description

• To provide a support contract to our in house repairs team which may include out of hours support, to provide the following works to SDDC's housing stock and public buildings • Kitchen unit replacements and associated works \(including flooring, lighting and plastering\) • Full bathroom replacements and associated works \(including flooring, lighting and plastering\) • Partial bathrooms replacements and associated works, • \(including flooring, lighting, plastering\) • Periodic electrical testing and repairs also day to day repairs, lighting, electrical upgrades, • Roofing, soffits and rain water goods • Structural and damp work • Replacement doors \(external, internal, shed\) • Replacement windows \(timber and UPVC\) and associated repairs \(handles, hinges, etc\.\) • Painting and pre-paint repairs • Loft insulation • Smoke,C02 and heat detectors • Disabled adaptations \(including level access showers and flooring, showers over baths, through floor lifts \(but not stair lifts\), extensions and alterations of internal layout\) and subsequent repairs\. • Void works • Planned maintenance and estate works including re-surfacing of car parks and foot paths • Property conversions
