## Description

• The project involves the replacement of the Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete \(RAAC\) roof at the Sands Centre, together with relevant associated and consequential works \(fire alarm, lighting and ventilation\)\. • The RAAC is installed in the roof above the auditorium and initial design work has already taken place, as the attached drawings\. • The successful contractor will be appointed on a Design & Build basis to work up the design and undertaken the construction works\. • Day Cummins will act as Technical Advisor and Contractor Administrator for the Council\. Stage 2 Contract\.
