Publications Evaluation

This year we commissioned some stakeholder tracking research, looking at what our key stakeholders thought about the scope and overall standing of the Commission, perceptions of our role, objectives and effectiveness, the quality of stakeholders' relationship with us and what they thought about our communications. Publications made up a small subsection of the section on our communications more generally, and the findings can be provided on request. This research was based on an electronic survey and also some telephone calls to gather more information. We would like to drill down into more detail on publications to find out where we can improve and to help us set baselines to measure any future improvements against. To do this, we would like a supplier to submit a proposal for obtaining qualitative information from our key audiences to provide us with a deeper understanding of their views on our work.
