Replacement Triple Glazed Windows & Doors & Upgrade of Loft Insulation at the Willows

The Contractor shall be responsible for all design, procurement, installation, works indicated within the tender documentation Specification and the Contract Drawings which shall generally comprise: -

o Production of all working drawings, sections, elevations, schematics, builders-work, fabrication, manufacturing drawings and wiring diagrams required for all windows and doors which require replacement. o Builders works associated with the installation of the above. o Supply and installation of loft insulation, to the areas detailed, to meet the required thermal properties. o Inspection and Testing. o Production of operation and maintenance manuals and final as installed record drawings. o Completion of a 'turnkey' installation
