The provision of insurance, vehicle recovery services, green cards, and claims handling services and legal defence for fleets operated by H.M Government of Gibraltar (including Government-owned Companies, Agencies, Authorities and Gibraltar Development Corporation). Details on how to apply were posted on HM Government of Gibraltar's website and published in other media including the local press, Gibraltar Gazette and the contracting authority's buyer portal https://hmgogsupplier.gibraltar.gov.gi which also permitted the submission of tender responses. Additional information: Gibraltar does not participate in the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) under the World Trade Organization (WTO). HM Government of Gibraltar therefore reserves the right to consider only those bids from eligible tenderers in Gibraltar, the UK, or a country or territory covered by a trade agreement extending to Gibraltar that contains relevant procurement provisions.
