GB-Bath: Internal refurbishment - 2 West mezzanine

The project includes internal refurbishment works to comprise; removal of existing mezzanine access, installation of new mezzanine level to span the first floor with new access and kitchenette, fire separation, fire doors, replacement of existing timber windows and general redecoration.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
