## Description

An RfQ was issued to procure a consultant to support the planning and delivery of the WMCA Regional Cultural Framework, under the CWGLEF\. The key aim is to deliver a culture framework which covers the WMCA area, with particular attention to the WMCA constituent authorities\. The development of the framework will combine quantitative and participatory qualitative research methods to develop a rapid and rich evidence base locally, regionally and nationally\. The provider will develop a delivery plan and concepts for the framework, research relevant data and conduct thorough reviews, plan and deliver a consultation process with key stakeholders, and develop the final framework draft\.
