## Description

At Rivers House, Chelmsford we require redecoration works on external doors, facias and soffits\. To include any minor repairs and making good where necessary\. The office is a brick built, double-storey building with a hipped roof, and a connected single-storey with flat roof\. Fascia's are timber clad, with an overhang to the front of the property on the flat roof\. A site survey is recommended and can be made by appointment\. Tenders will be evaluated based on price, skills and experience, programme of works and Health and Safety / CDM competence; for further details please see the attached evaluation matrix\. As relevant, under CDM \(2015\) regulations, you would be expected to carry out the role of both Designer, and Contractor/Principal Contractor\. Please see the attached Code of Practice for expectations under CDM\. Tenders will be reviewed shortly after the closing date of 18/10/23 as work would need to be completed by 22/12/23\.
