This requirement is for the development of outdoor sensory gardens at 5 of Wakefield Council's Family Hubs\. These Hub's present opportunities for young children to enjoy when they visit, by encouraging their explorative and discovery skills, promoting communication and language skills and allowing them to engage with the environment\.
