1.1North Norfolk District Council is tendering for a 3-year contract (with the option of an extension for a further year or 2 years) for the retention of a consultant to undertake the assessment of financial viability appraisals submitted as part of residential planning applications. The consultant will act as the Council's viability expert providing advice to the Planning division and members and negotiating with developers
