PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CAMBRIDGE, MILTON KEYNES, OXFORD AND NORTHAMPTON GROWTH CORRIDOR - HOUSING AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

The purpose of this requirement is to; Inform recommendations to government in order to maximise the growth potential of the Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Oxford and Northampton area; Assess current need, plans and potential further housing and commercial development linked to new infrastructure, along with different delivery models or policies that could accelerate quality housing and commercial development; and, Provide a view on the link between housing and commercial development and the case for investment in infrastructure across the area.
