Security of Work and Dismissal Employee & Employer Surveys

The requirement is for the establishment of the Security of Work and Dismissal Employee & Employer Surveys Call-Off Contract, to provide research services supporting the monitoring and evaluation of the Employment Rights Act 2025 and the wider Make Work Pay programme. The successful supplier will design and deliver two externally commissioned surveys - one covering employers and one covering workers in Great Britain - to provide programme-level and policy-specific monitoring evidence, support future evaluation activity (including Impact Assessments, cost-benefit analysis and Post Implementation Reviews), and establish a repeatable evidence base capable of being commissioned via Statements of Work in future years.
