Work description
Planned external works in Council Housing. Works comprise fencing, paths, boundary walls, roof replacements, window replacements and works to facades, communal decorations externally and internally, minor structural works and external fire safety works in 3 geographical lots with an estimated aggregate value of £5m per annum for the 3 contracts.
