The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced soft landscaping contractor, for improvements to the council owned sections of Chelsea Embankment Gardens \(East and West\)\. This includes preparing areas for planting, supplying plants and planting in accordance with the planting plans and a 12 months maintenance period for the new plants and trees\.
