## Description

The Service is looking to procure courses that maintain, complement and broaden the current 2019-20 curriculum\. It is seeking to support two priority groups of residents \(later referred to as 'learners'\): o Residents who are unemployed and looking for work\. o Residents in low paid work and seeking career progression \(earning below ?16,009\.50 annual gross salary and who would be eligible for full funding\)\.
