Talent Development Strategy - Research Scoping Exercise

The College of Policing are looking for a provider to research a 'Scoping Exercise' to explore the area of 'talent development' in policing and other organisations. The College of Policing will provide review questions, a provisional list of loose search terms and the output from an initial search of both the 'grey literature' and 'academic papers'. The Supplier will use their subject matter expertise to identify further evidence to build on the initial search with a more extensive literature review which will also include a write up of the papers. Both parties to collaboratively develop a basic assessment framework to identify inclusion criteria for evidence sourced and key themes for analysis.
