The service of the Structural Engineer will be to develop the detailed planning stage information in to a detailed structurally engineered design, delivering detailed design for Parcels 1.1, 1.2 consisting of 393 new homes and if confirmed by the Authority, a further 110 new homes (Parcel 1.3), During both the tender processes for the main contractor(s) and the construction stages the Structural Engineer will be retained by the Authority to carry out a compliance checking service. All in accordance with the Structural Engineers Project Brief and this ITT.
