1819-0743 Electrical Repairs and Maintenance including Out of Hours Cover

Islington Council has an in-house repairs team to carry out repairs and maintenance to our housing stock. The council is seeking to appoint two contractors with skilled electrical tradespeople to deliver a high quality electrical repairs service. These works will include day-to-day, routine, urgent and emergency (including out of hours) repairs. The aim is to support the in-house teams in providing an efficient and effective service to our residents, and ensure the council's housing stock is kept in a good state of repair.
