Work description
BEIS are engaging with a provider of an apprenticeship programme suitable for science and engineering professionals working in multi-disciplinary teams across a range of industries.
The apprenticeship programme should include a Masters in Systems Engineering qualification, and allow for professional accreditation through the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE). The programme should be designed to prepare students for the professional practice system engineering roles in multi-disciplinary teams across a range of industries and give engineering professionals the chance to develop their leadership skills, and effectively solve a range of organisational and technical challenges, creating value for their team and government as a whole.
BEIS, as head of the profession, will be managing this contract centrally with Cranfield University on behalf of external governmental/public sector departments and Arms-Length Bodies (known as "Collaborative Parties") who may have a requirement for this qualification throughout the contract term for Science & Engineering Profession L7 Systems Engineer Apprenticeship Training Services.
