Work description
This award is for the purchase of 100 JANSR2N7616UB FET parts for the IR (infineon) used extensively in the MetOp EPC circuits. This is required by UKRI-STFC for an existing programme of research.
A competitive quotation exercise was undertaken for this process and the award will be to Spur Electron. The parts will be delivered to the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory.
