Cornwall Opportunities - Marketing and PR Support

Cornwall Opportunities is a new all-age careers, courses, skills and jobs portal/website for Cornwall & Isles of Scilly (CIoS) due to soft launch in October 2023. Cornwall Council wishes to commission the design and delivery of a marketing plan, social media strategy and new bi-annual careers magazine for Cornwall Opportunities. With the aim of successfully launching the portal, helping raise awareness and its use amongst the intended audience of adults, young people, employers, support organisations and importantly, key stakeholders. See Appendix 1 for details of the Cornwall Opportunities brand which has already been developed. We would like to work with an experienced local marketing and PR company, with a head office in Cornwall or Devon, to design and deliver an inspiring and empowering campaign for Cornwall Opportunities.
