The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the services described. Lancaster University has successfully secured European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the England European Structural and Investment Fund Programme (ESIF) 2014 to 2020. Lancaster University are seeking to appoint a consultant with appropriate expertise to undertake the recruitment for and execution of an ERDF business accelerator programme for SMEs in Greater Manchester to increase understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with artificial intelligence.
