St Helens Borough Council Contract for a Filmmaker/videographer in Residence (Commission One)

St Helens Library Service would like to commission a filmmaker/videographer to work over a period of 10 months to capture oral histories from St Helens Borough residents. We are open to creative filmmaking as long as the essence of the work is capturing oral histories.
