Procurement of town planning consultancy services for conversion of community flats to residential use

There are currently a number of community flats within the Housing Services community halls portfolio. Following a pilot project to convert one of these flats back to housing use, we are now seeking to convert another five flats to residential use, on the grounds that (i) they are no longer in use by tenant and resident associations and (ii) residential accommodation is urgently required to meet the high level of housing needs in the borough.
