## Description

Carry out the painting and decoration works associated with the construction of the new houses and apartments at Anfield & Aintree Courts, as detailed in the attached drawings, specification and bill of quantities, including, all labour and materials required to complete the works as detailed in the specification\. All works to be carried out in line with the program which will be issued on commencement of the construction works\.
