## Description

Shropshire Council is seeking one Service Provider for the provision of: Service Area 1: Independent Advocacy Service for looked after children and children on child protection plans Service Area 2: Independent Visitor Service for looked after children This contract will commence on 1st April 2020 for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months\. We consider The Employee 'Transfer of Undertakings \(Protection of Employment\) Regulations \('TUPE'\) may apply to this contract\(s\) with the current staff team to be transferred\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
