Video Storage Solution

At the University of Bedfordshire for the two Schools of Media at the Luton Campus, we need an upgrade of our high-performance video shared storage over our cat 5e cabling that is now 9 years old. The solution needs to have the following functionality • Remote access into the server from outside the university to look at proxy edits and clips in shared media spaces • Asset management of video including editing metadata • Automation of student video submissions assignments • Easy administration of managed spaces • Transfer of existing work from our old video storage solution • Be fully compatible with the Apple Mac OSX Additional information: You will need to express an interest to mark.layzell@beds.ac.uk before the 3rd December 2019 to submit a quotation for this project The University's standard purchasing terms and conditions will apply to all orders.
