The provision of the Supply and Hire of Temporary Facilities Marquees and Tents will be reviewed in the context of the police operations that they support to enable a resilient, flexible and reliable service aligned to business need and have the ability to react rapidly and respond to all call outs and emergency call out/incident responses on a 24 hour 365 day basis. Requirements are usually programmed in advance but occasionally due to security or major incidents there may be a requirement to supply at very short notice. Additional information: Instructions to Suppliers: All relevant documentation will be available to download through 'Blue Light'. All communications should, in the first instance be transmitted through the e-tendering portal 'Blue Light'. This portal holds the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and associated documents. Completed PQQ should be submitted along with any relevant supporting information electronically via the Blue Light (eTendering system) www.bluelight.go.uk (Due North system) no later than the respond by date and time.
