Cumbria Constabulary are looking to appoint a maximum of three Coaches to support Police Officers and Police Staff in their individual development\. Requirements will vary between support for long term career plans, management of change, team dynamics, individual approaches, confidence issues and work/life balance issues to list just a few\.
