Car Valeting Concession - Crescent Road Car Park

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to offer a concession contract for the provision of car wash and valeting services in its Crescent Road Multi-storey Car Park. The service provider will transact directly with paying customers, and the Council will not be party to the transaction. However, the Council will expect an income from the rental of the spaces by the contractor. The contract will be for an initial 12 month period, with the option of two annual extensions thereafter.
