Work description
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to undertake the replacement of the Poolside Landings at the Aquadrome, situated within the Basingstoke Leisure Park.
The Aquadrome was originally constructed over 40 years ago and comprises of a 25m swimming pool, learner pool, lagoon pool as well as steam & sauna facilities. The facility Is owned by Basingstoke and Deane leisure community Trust (an independent charity) and the Council.

Works are to be carried out as per the specification included in this tender document, and will cover the following pools: • Warm up /Leisure Pool • Competition Pool • Lagoon Pool
