ESPH AB Wealden Visitor Accommodation Study (ESPH486 TI) - AWARD

Wealden District Council ('the Council') are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Consultancy to undertake a Visitor Accommodation Study for the District to update the Council's evidence base to inform its emerging Local Plan. The main objective of the Visitor Accommodation Study is to provide an assessment of the future potential for hotel and visitor accommodation development across Wealden District, as well as providing advice for the development of planning policies for visitor accommodation development within the Council's new Local Plan.
