ITT for the establishment of a Single Contractor Framework Agreement (2019-23) for Door Replacement to New Forest District Council owned properties

Establishment of a single contractor framework agreement for Door Replacement (covering the supply & Installation of doors, fire doors both internal & external) for New Forest District Council (NFDC) commencing July 2019 (4 year term). New Forest District Council (NFDC) are carrying out this procurement exercise to select and award a single contractor framework status to the tenderer who satisfies the Council's selection criteria having submitted a compliant bid under this tender exercise. The Brief: Door Replacement to Council owned properties (Residential Houses and Flats) over a 4 year timeline commencing July 2019. To Supply & Install Doors (Internal & External) including provision of all fixture and fittings to Local Authority owned properties. The Outcome Specification: The Appointed Contractor will provide a door replacement service with the capability of replacing circa 2000 to 2400 doors over the 4 year contract timeframe. The Contractor will provide our housing tenants with excellent customer service and offer a range of GRP door finishes that are fit for purpose, provide proportionate security features and fully meet UK fire safety and smoke leakage resistance.
