SHHS408T TO HERITAGE HOUSE SCHOOL

Home to school transport for carry one student with special needs from Chalfont St Giles to Heritage House School. This pupil has multiple learning difficulties, physical difficulties and epilepsy. The pupil will carry oxygen with her. The pupil travels in her wheelchair. The wheelchair requires front and rear Karibiner restraints. The pupil is to travel forward facing only and 4 point tie down minimum. The pupil travels with her Carer to and from school. Therefore after dropping the pupil to school, you will need to return the Carer to Narcot Road, Chalfont St Giles, HP8 4DD. In the afternoon, you will need to collect the Carer from Narcot Road, Chalfont St Giles, HP8 4DD and take her to the school to travel home with the pupil. The pupil travels in her wheelchair. A wheelchair accessible vehicle (with restraints to be used as above) is therefore required. A driver with PATS/ACCT certificate is essential
