The site at Woodcroft, West Street, Prescot, is located to the west of Prescot Town Centre and is wholly within the Prescot Conservation Area. This is a unique location in close proximity to the Town Centre and with West Street also providing direct access to the A57 (Liverpool Road). The Council is inviting tenders for the site by 9.30 am Friday 31st March 2017. The Council is seeking to select a developer to enter into an Agreement for Lease and Lease with a subsequent freehold transfer, upon the satisfactory completion of the development. The site's main characteristics and key considerations for development are set out within Section 1, below. This document also provides instructions to parties proposing to submit a tender, including timescales and the submission requirements.
