This contract is for the provision of Estate Management and Concierge Services, including Grounds Maintenance, Bulk Refuse collection, Window Cleaning and Pest Control services\.In order to achieve a better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management, Tower Hamlets Community Housing have prepared a standard specification covering all required services that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all Tower Hamlets Community Housing schemes included within this contract\.
