This provision was procured using Crown Commercial Service's Digital Marketplace (G Cloud 14 framework). The agreement between Warwickshire County Council and NDL Software Ltd is for the procurement of NDL Digitise. The initial term of the contract is for up to a maximum 3 year period with the option to extend for a further maximum 12 month period.
