The primary function of the equipment will be 3D cell and tissue \(organoid\) cultures and the proposed work will be either long-term imaging at the system or imaging and return to the laboratory for several stages of imaging\. A secondary function is to continue work carried out from incubator based imaging systems, with high magnification time lapse\.
