By liaising with relevant stakeholders\*, The Consultant will develop a marketing vision for the project a complete delivery phase strategy and communications plan\. They will formulate a complimentary and robust implementation strategy that will provide outputs that are full detailed in the specification\. \*Stakeholders include; the project Steering Group, other consultants engaged with the Development Phase, Volunteers and potential users of the digitised collection\.
