Open Book Assessment on Kingstown Works Limited (KWL)

Description

The Council entered into a new contract with its wholly owned organisation KWL; moving from a bespoke contract with a Hull set of schedule of rates, to a Term Alliance Contract (TAC-1). Other areas of work are delivered via the M3 National Housing Federation rates (M3NHF). The contract is underpinned by the requirement of a comprehensive annual Open Book Assessment (OBA) of the previous financial year in September of each year and HCC are now seeking to appoint a consultant/company to carry out this work as an independent third-party assessor
