DDP047 - Provision of Development and Management Agent for Council Housebuilding Programme

Derbyshire Dales District Council, as part of a strategic objective to improve housing affordability in the area, is starting a housebuilding programme that will deliver 52 homes over 7 years with the potential increase this number should the opportunity arise.

The Council is therefore seeking to procure a single agent who will provide both development and housing management services for its new housebuilding programme.
