Rotherham Towns Fund: Investment Plans (Central Area)

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is developing a Town Investment Plan as part of their application for Town Deal monies. The Council wish to commission external expertise to produce an Investment Plan for the Central Area geography, part of the overall Town Deal geography.

Additional information: The scope of this procurement allows for further follow on work in relation to the Central Area Investment Plan which would be awarded via a variation to this agreement to the successful consultant at the sole discretion of the Council. The costs of any further follow on work will be negotiated directly between the Council and the successful consultant but the aggregate spend of all consultancy support under this agreement will not exceed £100,000.
