The purpose of this contract is to provide the FCDO in Somalia with timely, relevant feedback on the quality of partner-delivered activities, outputs, and outcomes \(and/or signals of progress towards outcomes\)\. This feedback will be used by FCDO staff and implementing partners to drive programme adaptations and improvements, to manage risks, and to learn lessons about what does and does not work\.
