Work description
Essex County Council (ECC) wish to inform suppliers of the future establishment of a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to deliver Passenger Transport services as detailed in future Service Specifications. In line with the attached Future Opportunity Notice for this requirement, ECC wish to inform the market of the upcoming ECC Passenger Transport DPS Supplier Engagement Sessions taking place in line with the following transport type / specialisms as set out below;
1) SEND & Mainstream Education Transport Services & Adult Social Care Transport Services Specification Engagement Session Date / Time: 11th October 2023 / 10:00am - 12:00pm Location: Teams Meeting Topics for General Discussion: - Changes and Improvements to the Services Specification - Overview of Performance Framework(s) - Overview of Social Value Implementation - Overview of additional Quality and Climate Measures - Q&A's, Supplier Feedback & Breakout Room Discussions
2.1) Social Value & Climate Market Engagement Session (Applicable to all Categories) Date / Time: 30th October 2023 / 9:45am - 11:00am Location: Teams Meeting Topics for General Discussion: - Implementation of Social Value - Implementation of Climate - Overview of Accelerated Payment Rebate Scheme (APRS) - Q&A's, Supplier Feedback & Breakout Room Discussions
2.2) Local Bus Transport Services Specification Engagement Session Date / Time: 30th October 2023 / 11:00am - 12:00pm Location: Teams Meeting Topics for General Discussion: - Changes and Improvements to the Services Specification - Q&A's, Supplier Feedback & Breakout Room Discussions
