CONSULTATION: COMMUNITY EQUIPMENT SERVICES AND MINOR ADAPTATIONS

Sunderland City Council's People Services Directorate has responsibility for commissioning Community Equipment Services and minor adaptations for adults and children. We are currently reviewing our future commissioning intentions and are interested in seeking initial views of providers to inform this work.
