Description

Contract to undertake strip out and demolition works to the existing office accommodation at Crownhill Court. The scope of the works include: 1) removal of internal load bearing and non-load bearing walls/partitions 2) removal of internal doors and frames both integral and isolated 3) removal of all floor coverings and tiling 4) removal of suspended ceiling systems 5) removal of redundant fixtures, fittings, desks, kitchenettes, shelving etc 6) removal and capping off of services to Sanitaryware/IPS panels 7) localised removal and making safe of services ancillaries and equipment to facilitate demolitions
