## Description

Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council is seeking a concessionaire to internally design, fit out, operate and maintain a water sports facility on Shore Road, Poole\. The concessionaire shall provide a quality, year-round varied offer appealing to both residents and seafront visitors\. The scope of the contract is for the successful concessionaire to invest in and manage a multi-purpose facility offering, but not limited to, tuition and hire in kite-surfing, paddle boarding, surfing and kayaking with associated retail\. The length of the lease is for five years\. It is anticipated that the contract will start in February 2021\.
