120 Rushey Green Refurbishment

The Council invites submissions for Refurbishment and Adaptation Works to 120 Rushey Green, which is located in Catford and is currently vacant. The Council wish to refurbish and adapt the building to facilitate the needs of Children and Young Peoples (CYP) Directorate of the Council. The works will ensure the space is fit for purpose and reconfigured to make best use of available space, whilst meeting current accessibility, building, fire and energy efficient standards.
